Washing. Place in a laundry bag and wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle with a gentle spin.
Drying. Dry flat on a towel to prevent the wet knit stretching under its own weight.
Snagged yarn. Do not cut it; carefully pull it through to the reverse with a needle or crochet hook.
Avoid. Jewellery, zips, claws and other objects that may catch the knit.

At Zimeka, we only sell throws. Fleece, sherpa, faux fur, cotton, knit, wool: we prefer to know a single item well rather than offering everything.
You buy it without being able to touch it. So each product page tells you what's coming to your home: the dimensions in centimetres, the material, photos for each colour. Delivery is free across the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase, and you have 14 days to change your mind.
This is for gifting: will it be there on time?
keyboard_arrow_downShipping takes 1-2 working days, delivery takes 5-8 working days. To have peace of mind, order a fortnight before the date of the gift. You then track your parcel with the number received by email.
Will the colour be true to the photos?
keyboard_arrow_downEach colour has its own sheet and its own photos: rely on those of the chosen colour. Colour may vary slightly from screen to screen. If it does not suit you once the throw arrives at your home, you have 14 days to return it to us.
Will the throw pill or lose its pile?
keyboard_arrow_downIt is above all the maintenance that makes the difference: washing at 30°C on a delicate programme, without softener, drying in the open air. For faux fur, a soft brush stroke in the direction of the hair after drying restores its appearance.
And if your throw has a defect upon receipt, write to us with photos: we will exchange it or refund it.
When will I receive my throw, and is there a charge for delivery?
keyboard_arrow_downYour order is shipped within 1 to 2 working days, then delivered in 5 to 8 working days. As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery is free, regardless of the amount of your order. We deliver to the United Kingdom.
Which size to choose?
keyboard_arrow_downSome references: 100 × 150 cm, it's an extra throw.120 × 200 cm suitable for an armchair or sofa.150 × 200 cm is the sofa format.180 × 200 cm and 200 × 230 cm cover a large sofa or bed.

What if I don't like the throw?
keyboard_arrow_downYou have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, without having to provide a reason. Write to us at contact@zimeka.com : we will tell you what to do.
The throw must return new, complete, in its original packaging, with the invoice. The refund is made to your original payment method after receipt and inspection of the parcel; it appears within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
My throw arrived damaged or has a defect, what should I do?

How do I wash my throw?
keyboard_arrow_downeach product page has its “Care instructions”, adapted to its material. The basic rule: follow the label sewn onto the throw. Otherwise, 30°C maximum, delicate programme, mild liquid detergent, air drying. Avoid fabric softener and hot dryer.
