Refund policy

Right of withdrawal 

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, simply send us a clear and unambiguous statement (for example, by email to contact@zimeka.com) or use the withdrawal form included in the appendix to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original and complete condition, including its packaging, accessories and instructions.
• The product must be in new condition so that it can be offered for sale again.
• The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a fault, you may request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@zimeka.com and include photographs showing the issue to help us process your request.

Return procedure

For any request, email us at contact@zimeka.com. Once we have confirmed that your request meets the applicable conditions, the products must be returned to the following address:

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take between 7 and 14 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
